Hi Benno, In the RWI, select the link "Renewal Management". Once you are on that interface, scroll down and near the bottom of the page you will see the link "Configure Daily end user renewal reminder email". From there, scroll down again until you reach "5 Day Message Customization". At this point, you will need to update the email address in the FROM: field.
