lock/unlock problems with .org address

I have unlocked a .org domain from both the client code and the 
resellers area, but it doesn't seem to really unlock it to allow 
transfer.

The domain is still in "Status:CLIENT DELETE PROHIBITED" and was unlock 
last week (and locked and unlocked again today).

Anybody else see this problem?
