They would need to find flaws or areas of trouble in our infrastructure and work on solving performance problems. They should understand networking, servers and have a firm grasp on testing tools. Familiarity with Monitoring tools; expert at least 5 different tools configuration and use; not limited to the below: oCA Wily oSplunk oSpectrum oTopaz oSite Scope oCacti oSyslog Strong Linux Red Hat background in an external facing customer web environment.
