I don't doubt that this is true, but could you provide a pointer to
where they openly state this?
I work for Concept Blossom, our product is Synctuary. The whole point of
Synctuary is to be a private cloud file service, where you actually control
your own privacy.
Sounds like you've got an interesting product, but how do you deal with
the problem that caused Lavabit to shut down?
