sudo -u gaf DISPLAY=:0 \
DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS=unix:path=/run/user/gaf/bus \
notify-send 'SYSTEM SHUTDOWN' \
'Gonna shut down the system Real Soon Now'
