Well - while there have been quite a bunch of cws to add support for
mingw - the most recent one being
http://eis.services.openoffice.org/EIS2/cws.ShowCWS?Path=DEV300/mingwport31

the mingw part just is not ready for production. Of course nobody will
stop you and others on improving it.
