Okay so some people have responded saying that this conflicts with exams. Would holding a conference after exams be any better? Unfortunately anything in late April is going to pose this problem.

We envision the conference to function a little bit differently than last time -- it will be limited to a one-day event, and it will be focused on coordinating within and across FC groups.
