There have been reports about HBO sending take downs to citizens who have posted their own recordings of the inaugural concert. This is a relatively interesting copyright claim as HBO would not own the rights to the performances, whether the songs were in the public domain or not.
I wrote up a post about it: http://fredbenenson.com/blog/2009/01/22/we-are-one-if-you-are-hbo/ I'd love it if someone who knows more about bootlegging / live concert copyright could chime in.
