Summary:
The University of Maryland is in its third year
of a mobility initiative that has encompassed
everything from student recruitment to app
development to class projects. This session will
focus on the experiences of faculty and students
when using mobile devices for teaching and
learning. Specific focus will be given to
³Digital Cultures and Creativity² and
³Information 3.0,² two dynamic programs that
incorporate the iPad and iPod touch with other
technologies to engage students in learning.
