Check wikiversity out for sure!

I'd also recommend, however, thinking about a niche or angle that perhaps falls 
outside of the coverage of wikiversity. Then focusing on that aspect and using 
inter-wiki linking or other kinds of cross-referencing to bolster each project 
in a harmonious movement of access to education.

There is always room to be creative and in some cases its good to learn by 
doing, tweaking, and trying. Keep it up!
