I agree the role of the law here should be to protect speech, but I am familiar with psychological literature that suggests use of some violent media negatively affects young people. I wish there were more videogames of the oppressed, and fewer shoot-em-ups out there... just a bit of remorse I guess about a general lack of empathy in our devices of entertainment.
