Intellectual
Property Brief <http://ipbrief.net/> (IP Brief)
Symposium<http://ipbrief.net/symposium>,
Monday April 16, 2012, from 12-2:30pm in Room 603, at 4801 Massachusetts
Avenue NW.

The two main focuses are: (1) ongoing and upcoming enforcement challenges
given the imperfect fit of copyright law and the Internet, such as linking,
orphan works, and international issues, and the overlapping roles of
creators/users/publishers of content; and (2) reflections on recent events
and legislation such as SOPA/PIPA, Internet companies and their users
increasingly playing a role in policy debates, and what's next for
copyright law and policy.

Our esteemed panelists include: Ralph
