Any more ideas how to get Boston City Council to make available the
decoded stenographic record .sgstn stenograph stenonote of the public
meetings? Encoded stenographic record is made available but not decoded.

The .sgstn stenograph stenonote stenographic record of the public
meetings of Boston City Council is made available encoded. What's needed
to decode it isn't made available.
