Coyo, this sort of message is absolutely not acceptable on this
listserv, even in jest. The free culture movement is a crossroads of
people with very different backgrounds and levels of experience. You
are clearly passionate about the siren song of commercial service
providers--a passion that I share--but you are not expressing your
passion in a way that will positively engage other FCers. In the
future, try to channel your passion into constructive debate rather
than short-sighted flames and threats of violence.
In other words, it might be a good time to issue an apology and take a
break from email for a few hours.
