松川です。 既出かもしれませんが、LibreOfficeのIRCのチャットを試していたら以前から使われていたウエブクライアントの http://webchat.freenode.net/ も使えましたが、TDFが公開している https://irc.documentfoundation.org/ が使えることが分かりました。
