If that runs, it wouldnt matter if your accordion contains a dt+dd or a h3+p or h5+div structure. It just takes the first child and takes that kind of element for the headers, and all until the next header as content. If someone doesn't like definitions list, he could use something else, as long as the hierachie is the same.
