Olivier,

  I see where you are coming from & will have to come up w/ better 
verbiage than "unobtrusive", as "unobtrusive" has a narrow definition in 
the "web 2.0" context -- as I see it; "retains functionality across a 
broad range of platform deployments".

  What I meant by "unobtrusive" in example 4 was "not blatant, 
arresting, or aggressive" -- meaning that you can still interact with 
the page while the dialog/notice/window is open. As the plugin is a "web 
2.0"-ish thing, I ought to respect the "web 2.0"-ish definitintion of 
"unobtrusive" & not only provide some real world unobtrusive examples of 
jqModal but to correct my crappy choice of words in example 4 ;)
