k, Keep in mind that Sajax is a php/ajax framework gear only toward that communication. I used sajax for a while and, although it was great, it was a little restrictive, IMO.
Jake mentions a good approach, but can be alittle advanced if you don't understand the full concept of jquery, json and the new php 5 features combined. I would recommend that you take a look at the jquery api ( jquery.com/api) and check out the $.ajax function and look at all the possible params and just test drive it a bit and come back to use with some questions. That is the approach that I took a while back and it made learning it much quicker. So, with out getting long winded, take a look at the $.ajax function in the api and dataType param and the success param. -- Benjamin Sterling http://www.KenzoMedia.com http://www.KenzoHosting.com
