Hi, Rey... hope you're having a good trip and thanks for the reply! Yes... it's just a slight jump by a graphic moving upwards until it moves to about where the bottom link is...then it smooths out.
The thing is, Carlos' original site www.generalmedicine.com/index2.htm doesn't do that...even in IE 7. I don't have his entire markup on my example page, but I think I've got all the pertinent files and markup involved. ???
