I ran vmstat, top, sar and took a dump of /proc/stat. None of them
show high percentages in iowait state. All of them show around 97% cpu
idle time. Is powertop erroneously showing high polling then?
Also, my disk light stays off so I dont think high IO is taking place
on the disk atleast. It might be some other device?
