Something about your browsers? plain ole firefox on fc35 laptop. all my <a href="http://site.com";>xxx</a> links work fine, but not one of my <a href="file:///(path)/fil.htm">xxx</a> links does. so far as i know, there's nothing unusual about my installation of firefox. just tried things out on second adjacent laptop with the same results.
