They aren't that fine grained. The CPU and the "mainboard" it is soldered to are a single thing. Replace the whole thing. Maybe with AMD…
I don't think there are any socketed laptop CPUs these days, and unsoldering (!) and soldering those chips is pretty much a no-go for anyone, let alone consumers.
