My abstract was not accepted :( All reviewers said that the topic was highly relevant and at the intersection of "open source community management and the global politics of diverse inclusion" but that it lacked "any technical aspects". So, I decided to turn my abstract into a bilingual poster and share it widely! I've gotten very positive feedback, with people saying that it's easy to read and definitely increases the accessibility of the content.
