This theme emphasizes the transformative power of data when leveraged by community groups, civic organizations, and local advocates to address pressing issues, foster transparency, and drive positive change. *Conference Details:* - Dates: September 8 - 11, 2025 - Location: Bologna, Italy *Who Should Submit:* csv,conf is a welcoming data-centric conference open to everyone. We focus on stories about individuals working with data and how their projects impact the world.
