I think I'll go with option three then and stash swap on my data pool (hmm, maybe I'll make a quick inquiry on the zfs list to double check that swap on raidz2 isn't a no-no). I don't really think I'll need it, but if there's a memory leak or something goes haywire it should give me a little more time to get on top of it. I'll just need to remember to configure primarycacheon the volume appropriately when I make it by hand.
