Looks like sizes are misleaded when using du on the current tree rather
than on a specific folder...
Just for some folders...

zfs snapshots enabled?
F1/F2 mounted under F1?
I do not think that du is reliable command for zfs... I would rather use:
zfs list -o
compression,compressratio,used,avail,refer,canmount,mountpoint,name |
grep -E "HOME|F(1|2)"
This is w/o having any knowledge about complexisty of file systems
created...
