Need some advice on the following - https://www.illumos.org/issues/4412,
https://github.com/rakshasa/libtorrent/pull/44.
libtorrent developers consider
https://github.com/rakshasa/libtorrent/pull/44/files to be not necessary
as it's OI error
in handling locales... The fix is definately working for us. Could you
comment on this?
Perhaps, leave comment in pull request discussion? Or is it gcc or
illumos issue?
