I'm almost done with bringing back packagemanager and update-manager :)

First problem :
a lot of the old pot files contain sections for the gui translations, which are 
no more present in the new source base.
I bet the new source base pot files are changed, so I can't think to copy them 
over from the old ones.
But even finding all the sections of the gui files can be a mess to transport 
to the new source base...
Any idea? tools?

Of course, I'd be interested if someone ressurected IPS GUI. However,
perhaps, there can be  some alternatives, for example, integration with
packagekit or rewriting Update Manager and Package Manager from scratch.
If I wanted to do it, I would interact with pkg CLI and avoid using
python API, as I'm sure that it's not stable.
