One solution that I use a lot in my google searches is this: zfs 4k block install -com
Appending -com will remove all search results with domains ending in .com It's not what your really requesting but does help to filter out a lot of the cruft. I've also been using duckduckgo.com a lot lately. I like that you can navigate their search results very easily with just the up/down arrows on the keyboard. Most likely, illumos.org would need to be search optimized to rank higher in generic searches.
