We do, it's web/ca-bundle and it delivers the CA cert files into /etc/ssl/certs as well as a single PEM file at /etc/ssl/cacert.pem. Both curl and wget are configured to look at these files. I'm not sure how thoth works, but if it uses, e.g. libcurl, it *should* work. Reasons for it not working would include using some other method of looking up the CA trust chain or OmniOS not having a current-enough copy of the CA bundle, which we get from the Mozilla NSS sources.
