Every system has a zpool with 2 mirrored FC devices for providing NFS
shares with synchronous storage backend,
both zpools are imported for active-active configuration.
Are you saying that one zpool is imported on both nodes at the same
time? You do realize that this is *not* supported and *will* panic the
system, right?
Saso, thank you for your attention. I know it is impossible and not
supported to use a zpool
from different systems at the same time. These are two different
zpools, each consisting auf two independent FC LUNs.
Pool A: Imported on system 1, LUNA1 provided by system 1,LUNA2 by system 2
Pool B: Imported on system 2, LUNB1 provided by system 1,LUNB2 by system 2
So this are independent Pools each with independent LUNs,
the configuration is in test phase for some weeks now, it works except
for the mentioned kernel panic.
