Hi,

The reason of asking this question is that I came across a blog post
(https://blog.orapub.com/20100707/the-os-cpu-run-queue-not-what-it-appears.html):

>  "The reported operating system run queue includes both processes
waiting to be serviced and those currently being serviced."

I just want to make sure illumos's run queue implementation.
