I'm in Brisbane, Australia, are there any Sun Sparc enthusiasts on the list?
I have some Sun Microsystems parts taking up room in my house that I
would feel too guilty to discard, was thinking maybe someone might want
them for testing etc? Was hoping someone might appreciate them, many
good memories with this gear.
I have 4GB of memory & 2 Ultrasparc II 450 MHz CPU's to suit:
Sun Ultra 30, 60 & 80, or Enterprise 450.
Various multiple graphics cards, Creator graphics CG6 CG3, some I've
forgotten, XVR-1000's, Linksys SAS cards, USB firewire cards, all
Solaris compatible.
A Sun Blade 1000 system with spare power supply, one of the UPA graphics
slots has physical damage, I have a Ultra80 motherboard I was
de-soldering a replacement connector from, but it turned out to be a
little more difficult than expected. Also some spare fibre channel
hard drives.
I've also got two pairs of Crystal Eyes 3D glasses, these were very
expensive in their day, including the Sun graphics infrared thing that
syncs with Sun graphics cards. Might also work with SGI, I've forgotten.
