/usr/ucb/ps is…. Ancient. And unmaintained. All of /usr/ucb should be avoided like the plague. I realize that isn’t an answer to your question – but I advise looking at /usr/bin/ps and the man page for it. Sent from Mail for Windows 10 From: Nan Xiao Hi List, In ucbps.c (https://github.com/illumos/illumos-gate/blob/e31da75739e46b82cd7fdd6e51590fefa97cc9c0/usr/src/cmd/ps/ucbps.c#L249): ...... case 'a': /* * display all processes except process group * leaders and processes w/o controlling tty */ aflg++; gflg++; break; ...... There is a contradiction between code and comment: "gflg++" means "including process group leaders", whilst comments says "except process group leaders". Not sure which one should be the original intention.
