As for this one, why not Delirium Cafe? Imp. de la Fidélité 4, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium The night before FOSDEM starts there, and then people forget what happened :) But it is overly crowded and loud, so I don't think I was inside more than twice, and it's near impossible to find anyone specific if you did not arrive together. Alternately, back then Andy suggested BrewDog (near Bruxelles-Central, a short walk from Delirium), I believe, and it was also good.
