The first step in the Process is to see if enough people would be willing to become members in order for it to be worth to run the Administrative overhead.The Association is mainly intended as a Regulatory body to handle Fundraising for development and secondarily to Fund infrastructure for the Main project. While membership fees are Mandatory in the Juristications we are looking at starting the Association, they are mainly inteded to run the Administrative overhead. The main source of Funding should be via Fundraising.We are looking for at least 25 people willing to pay 30 Euros per Year and participate in the "Vereinsversammlung"(Association Meetup) once per Year. We plan to keep the barriers for Entry low so we want this Meeting to be Online. There are tools now that allow for this while satisfying the regulatory requirements.
