In the company I work for we prototype most of the interfaces in Flash. However, we are trying to switch from Flash to a combination of Evas and Edje. Besides being open source, these tools allows us to develop prototypes that can be easily modified and used in the final product because the code generated for the interface layout and basic interactions (button, slides and etc) are already compatible with our final product development tools.
