Possibly they know what it is - but just don't call it Interaction Design :-)
Adrian ============ Since webstyleguide.com, useit.com, joelonsoftware.com and alistapart.com, this kind of knowledge has been flowing in and out of the Web Interface Development arena. I am not sure if my mental models (both as former educator and former UI developer) are blocking me from seeing the novelty but the information has been out there for some time.
