Experience. My first boss 25 years ago said that he was leery about hiring a guy with 20 years in one job. He did not see that as 20 years experience, but rather 2 years experience and 18 years repetition. I've taken this, perhaps too much to heart, by frequently changing not only jobs, but careers and countries.
