Hot on the heels of a visit to the fascinating DRIVE Lab last month at the University of Guelph, the Waterloo IxDA face-to-face has lined up what promises to be another great lab tour -- this time thanks to the folks at Research In Motion (RIM). After a demonstration of the lab and a description of the types of tests performed there, we'll talk with each other about current trends, practices, and challenges in usability testing.
