You have to distinguish Touch UI and non touch UI. iPhone UI change standards of mobile design and offer high level of user experience. It is possible to have very close UI with other browsers such as Opera Mobile, Netfront 3.5 or S60. It implies specific developpments but why a iPhone user would have a usable and beautiful interface while other mobile users would benefit of a simple and basic UI ;)
