Hi, I am in the process of hiring a UE developer for a web business application. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice for interviewing potential candidates.
Since I am not a technologist I don't plan to ask to many technical questions. I have been planning to focus more on process questions but would appreciate any suggestions on other areas to explore.
