Thanks to everyone who responded to my earlier question. Here's another one.
Has anyone had experience with using a CRM system (preferably a free or low-cost one) to manage customer/user contacts within a UX team? My team currently uses an Excel spreadsheet stored in a shared repository. Keeping it up to date is a painful experience. I'm thinking that there must be a better way.
