Cubicles!! Luckily i never had to deal with them. In my previous workplace i was seated in the design studio, and we all know what they are like. :) while the rest of the teams had their cubicles. Yes i did feel sad for them.
The workplace i am currently working at is a sort of loft, with all of us , developers, designers communication team together scattered around. some of us have their own desks, and some of us choose any corner we like. I guess it depends on the work that needs to be done. I am not forced to come to office, but i like coming to office. I am not trying to rub it in.
