I have to agree that Omnigraffle is much preferable to Visio, though I spend a fair bit of time going between platforms and end up using Visio about as much as I am using Omnigraffle at the moment. Just depends on what the clients want. Omnigraffle is, in my opinion, easier and has a slicker final product, but Visio can get the job done as well.
