With regards to definitions, I am just reviewing Stephen Bayley's book, Cars: Freedom, Style, Sex, Power, Motion, Colour, Everything.

In it there is a quote from Harley Earl, the famous Vice President of Design at General Motors. Apparently he struggled with his use of language somewhat and explained to his designers that:

"I want that line to have a duflunky, to come across, have a little hook in it, and then do a rashoom or a zong."
