Kelley Blue Book is looking for a Director of User Experience to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the interaction design of Kelley Blue Books website, kbb.com. This individual will work closely with other senior level executives to identify effective product strategies and lead a team of interaction designers and information architects to deliver innovative, customer centric design solutions. The ideal candidate has a passion for user centered design and a wide breadth of experience across multiple types of products and design methodologies. This is a full-time position located in Orange County, CA. Formal training in human computer interaction, a minimum of 5 years experience working on a highly trafficked consumer facing web site and prior management experience required.
