and/or management, and get things done together?"

When I worked as a Usability Logger during my studies, my task was to
ensure  that the usability Reports were correct. I also asked for the
development team to be present, but at times they simply don't have
time to participate. 
The reports also "remind" you of the problems being addressed. I
see the usability reports as useful.
