Long scrolls can be achieved in Powerpoint by slicing your screen
dumps in Photoshop and putting down arrows at the bottom of each page
(and up arrows on following pages to go back) to approximate
click-scrolling. 

With a bit of graphics savvy, put a mock scroll bar on the right-hand
side and the clickable hot-spots top and bottom! It is enough to give
the user the feeling.
