I'm designing a Twitter visualization for a blog with multiple contributors. Each blog contributor also publishes on Twitter, and we need an interface that integrates:
* each blogger's tweets * responses to those tweets * tweets with hash-tag references to the blog I'd like to know if there are any software packages or online services out there that already do this kind of integration/aggregation, or if anyone's seen good examples of custom integrations on the web that could be emulated or improved upon in a from-scratch implementation.
